Be prepared for emergencies or disasters is very important to protect life and health.
To
measures to prepare Red Cross
- know what disasters or emergencies that might occur in my area.
- I created and practiced a family plan for disaster.
- I have an emergency preparedness kit.
- At least one person living in my house is trained in first aid,
cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator
(DEA). - I have taken measures to help my community prepare.
1. Have a Kit >
- Prepare emergency supplies for at least three days in a container that is easy to load and have to hand article.
- Save the container in an easily accessible environment. Remember
- control equipment and renew supplies every six months overdue.
2. Make a plan
- Talk to your family
- Plan Learn how and when to turn off utilities and use the fire extinguisher.
- Tell everyone where is the contact information and supplies.
- Make copies of the list of numbers for each person to carry.
- Updates information, practice drills and follow the planned escape routes. Brand
- alternative routes.
- not forget to include pets in your plan of escape.
3. Learn
- Learn what disasters or emergencies that could occur in your area.
- See the different ways you could get important information during a disaster or emergency.
- Learn first aid. (Check, call, care)
