Dear Artists:
Starting tomorrow, Oct. 27, will begin shipping the works are located in the reception centers of Maracaibo, Caracas, Valencia and Cumana , the city of Merida. The selection of works will be held on Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 November. The results will be announced between 3 and 5 November of this year.
